All of our items can be viewed, previewed and ordered via the on-line catalogue. Click the Catalogue button on the main Resource Service home page, or the link at the top of each page.  Download and read the Basic User Guide before using the catalogue.

All items are transported via the NHS Internal Post system.  With a the exception of large items, anything in our catalogue can be transported, e.g. up to one display board. We currently have very limited access to the west of Berkshire – Wokingham, Reading and Newbury areas. If your workplace is not on the system then there are several Collection/Return Points where items can be sent for you to collect, and return.

Parcels

Most lending items are sent out in reusable zip-up post bags with a document window showing your address. The same bag is used for return – just remove your address to show our return label, and put it back into the Internal Post (or leave at a Collection/Return point).

Large Items

Larger items have their own carrying boxes or bags, but also have an address window as above.

Non-return Items

Leaflets and posters (non-return items) are usually sent out in brown paper parcels, poster tubes or boxes, depending on the quantities.
