Easy Cranberry Orange Scones

For Thanksgiving dinner, I bought some beautiful oranges and cranberries to decorate around the turkey.  Everyone was so hungry before dinner that I skipped that little step.  It left me with oranges and cranberries to be used.  I wanted to make something warm and yummy.  The first thing that came to mind was this Cranberry Orange Scone Recipe.
