Healthy Snacks: Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites

Ingredients:

1 Large (2#) Strawberry Cream Yoplait Yogurt
1 5 oz cup of Orange Cream Yoplait Yogurt
1 banana sliced in half and diced
3 kiwi’s peeled, sliced and quartered
4-6 strawberries halved and sliced
Parchment Paper
Cookie Sheet

Instructions:

1.  Coat pan lightly with oil

2.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

3.  Spread Strawberry Yogurt event on pan

4.  Spread Orange Creme  on Strawberry layer

5.  Event spread Strawberries, Kiwi and Banana one fruit at a time

6.  Freeze for two hours

7.  Pull the frozen yogurt from the pan using the parchment paper as handles.

8.  Cut or break apart into bite size frozen treats

Aren’t those delicious?  There a lot of variations to make with your favorite yogurt flavor and fruit.

Get ice cream sticks or lollipop sticks.  Place them on the cookie sheet then dollop some yogurt on one end.  Add the fruit and freeze.
